Who We Are
Jay Lindler and Francis Smith have over 40 years of training and experience in Information Technology in the Education, Small Business, and Nonprofit/Church environments. We are based in Lexington, South Carolina and serve customers from just about anywhere.
We like the setup in this photo, but our desks are really nowhere near that neat.
Networking
From internet service to Wi-Fi and all the cables and switches in between, we can help you get your network in great shape. Don’t waste the valuable time of your employees and volunteers with a patched-up network – let us help you keep things running smoothly!
Cloud Services
We can help you get your organization set up and running on popular office environments such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. For nonprofits in particular, these can be very inexpensive (or free) solutions that remove the need for local storage, servers, and file shares – letting you access your work safely and easily from anywhere.
Voice and Phone Services
If you’re still using standard phone services, or paying “per user” for your voice over IP we can probably improve your services and save you money at the same time.
Modern systems allow the use of your business phone numbers and services from anywhere. In addition to networked physical telephones with fantastic features, you can be mobile with an app on your smartphone or even through a web browser on your laptop or tablet.
The cost of the service and the system is often dramatically less than traditional phone lines, so you can have the best of all worlds.
Computers and Hardware
When it comes to computers, we speak the language. Laptops, desktops, iMacs and tablets – we have experience across the board. We don’t sell them, but we can help you decide and get what you need in the way of computers for your organization or business. If you’re struggling with what you have we can work with you to find the right tool for you. Sometimes we can help you make good use of what you have with a few upgrades.
Francis has cats that cover the entire keyboard. Jay has to deal with dogs, cats, and the occasional duck.
